Join architectural photographer Joe Fletcher for an in-depth, classroom-style workshop that offers a rare look behind his creative and technical process. Using real-world examples from recent shoots, Joe will walk attendees through his approach to photographing spaces - from scouting and composition to determining the perfect timing for an image.

The session will include a glimpse into Joe's post-production workflow. He'll share his retouching onilosoony and tecnniques, demonstrating now ne orings architectural imagery to life through thoughtful processing and will also invite a selection of attendees to share their own work for live retouching demonstrations.

Licensing should be easy to explain and simple for clients to understand. This workshop introduces a simple licensing structure that aligns pricing with the value clients receive and equips participants to define licensing costs, apply quantity-based pricing, and set practical terms that protect their value and intellectual property.

Building on that foundation, we'll explore how to generate additional revenue through vendor lists by learning about the different types of lists, strategies to procure them, and step-by-step methods to turn them into reliable income.

By the end, participants will walk away with a framework that simplifies licensing conversations, builds client trust, and creates sustainable revenue opportunities through more vendor relationships.
